- Listen and ask the right questions to understand your situation and your expectation in order to deliver the results you want.
- Offer a convenient and appropriate setting for our work with you. Most often, we work at the client's location, but we will find alternate space if you request it.
- Give your project a high priority. Susan Gunn, Working Dynamics president, will be the lead consultant on each project. When agreed upon by the client, she will contract with other qualified staff to provide the desired results for your project.
- Deliver high quality services for a cost that is manageable to the client. Working Dynamics will set project fees according to goals, desired results, time requirements, and other conditions unique to the client. We will offer a prompt estimate after learning your needs. We will make every effort to find fee arrangements and payment terms that are manageable for the client.
