ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
Organizations in today's economy face challenges that make it necessary that they know what their employees are thinking in order to make critical leadership decisions and communicate them appropriately. Working Dynamics offers accurate ways to measure staff perceptions.
- Team Check – an electronic or paper tool that offers a quick and affordable way to check the general well-being of a team or an organization through the use of an external provider. This "check" is much like the semi-annual "check-up" with a dental or medical professional. It offers team leaders the means to be proactive and more successful. This method also provides a guarantee of anonymity to respondents.
- Work Climate Assessment – a combination of survey and interviews in focus groups to identify levels of communication, cooperation, respect, trust, and conflict within a team. A Work Climate Assessment can be a needs assessment with recommendation of possible teambuilding, coaching, training, and/or improvements in processes to follow, if indicated. It also can be a stand-alone tool to identify critical communication needs. Often organizations gain peace of mind after seeing how well they are doing in many or all areas, enabling them to focus on specific areas of need.
- Workplace Culture Survey – a thorough assessment of workplace culture. We conduct a voluntary and anonymous survey and report findings within six dimensions by demographic groups and for the entire organization. The Workplace Culture Survey identifies practices that need strengthening in order to improve morale, build collaboration, and reduce potential for conflict.
Working Dynamics reports findings and recommendations you can use right away. We provide data from charts, graphs and, when they are given, verbatim comments. We can report findings in the workplace culture survey demographically as long as surveys are voluntary and anonymous. We conclude with specific recommendations to increase levels of trust, respect, understanding effective communication, strong work relationships, and productivity.
Don't underestimate the value of asking employees what they think! Assessment can lead to improved teamwork, higher morale, and a lowered potential for conflict, turnover, absenteeism, and litigation.
