CLIMATE ASSESSMENT
A Working Dynamics Climate Assessment can identify what is costing money, productivity, and public image for an organization and give the building blocks to reverse the trend. A climate assessment also can give peace of mind by isolating strengths, provide focus by identifying specific needs, and convey commitment to team success. Employee perceptions of the organization (or a team) in areas such as communication, how employees work with each other and management, trust, and organizational effectiveness can be invaluable.
Working Dynamics assesses the climate of a team or entire organization through various methods — interviews, focus groups, and/or survey — with the goal of obtaining anonymous feedback that will build a better workplace. Climate Assessments conclude with specific recommendations to increase levels of trust, respect, communication, and working relationships. We will report findings to leaders and to the team on what employees are thinking (and saying) about strengths and areas needing improvement. Leaders and team members can begin immediately creating a stronger workplace. The organization can maximize identified strengths to build morale, engagement, retention, and recruitment and minimize effects of indentified limitations by dealing with them early and effectively well before they become unmanageable and expensive.
Don't underestimate the value of asking employees what they think! Assessment can lead to improved teamwork, higher morale, innovation, better decisions, and a lowered potential for conflict, turnover, absenteeism, and litigation.
